Hunter Futurepreneurs has proudly partnered with Daniel Smith, Serial Entrepreneur and Founder of Skylark Solutions, Monkey Brew and Co-Founder of Smith and Thurston Consulting, to bring you these 3 jam-packed sessions that are designed to take your business from Idea to Success.
We encourage you to register and attend all 3 sessions, however, we understand that some of you are step or two ahead than others so you are welcome to attend only the ones that would be the most beneficial to you and your business.
Part 1. Validating your Idea is the first part of this Series on taking your business from Idea to Success.
Validating your idea refers to the process of testing the core idea of your business to increase the possibility of success. In this workshop we will explore what it means to validate your idea and identify the strengths and weaknesses of your future business.
This will allow you to leverage those strengths and address those weaknesses to increase the success of your business.
Part 2. Structuring you Business is the second part of this series on taking your business from Idea to Success.
In this workshop we look at how you outline each of the main elements of your business from your customer, to your idea, to looking at how you communicate and deliver your product, and much more.
This workshop will give you the confidence that you’ve thought of your business from a holistic perspective and allows you to take action to start you new venture.
Part 3. Pitching you Venture is the third part of this series on taking your business from Idea to Success.
A business is never built alone, at the very least you probably need customers to buy your product, but you might also need suppliers, partners, investors, employees and maybe even co-founders. In this topic we look at how to communicate your idea to gain support and buy-in from all the people involved in your business.
We’ll discuss a pitch structure that will allow you to communicate your business to anyone in 30 seconds, and we’ll also discuss how you might structure a pitch to potential investors.
Who is this for?
This series has been designed for start-ups, first time entrepreneurs, new business owners, innovators, anybody looking to bring an idea to life and take that idea to the next step, students (high school, university, TAFE, colleges), school leavers, graduates, anybody looking at self-employment as a career option, NDIS participants looking to start their new venture, anyone transitioning into self-employment and anyone looking to gain entrepreneurial knowledge and experience in pitching their validated business idea.
